An exciting specialist sales role available here! This well respected global organisation at the forefront of marketing technology driven medical devices is seeking a confident, theatre based, sales focused individual to join their dynamic team.
Are you a sales professional with a strong history of achievement supported by sound experience, preferably in theatre? You will need an ability to network and build relationships with nurses and surgeons across New Zealand DHBs.
The sales process is both clinical and commercial and you must be comfortable working alongside your customers be they in theatre or procurement. As you will be promoting products to country across the country it is essential you bring an understanding of DHB networks and processes. Given the large geographic area you must have strong territory management skills. With the opportunity to launch new products you will be able to demonstrate strong planning and execution skills.
In a competitive market you’ll be someone who wants to influence your own development and in meeting the challenges of this role can demonstrate the following:
- Previous territory management - sales and marketing experience within the medical sector (theatre-based experience is highly regarded).
- You will be driven, motivated and have the ability to develop long lasting relationships with leading consultant surgeons.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Based in the field you’ll feel at ease working autonomously, but you’ll be able to call on support as and when necessary.
