An exciting specialist sales role is on offer. This well respected global organisation at the forefront of marketing technology driven specialist medical devices is seeking a confident, clinically sound, sales focused individual to join their dynamic team.
Are you a sales professional with a strong history of achievement supported by sound clinical experience? You will need an ability to network and build relationships with technicians, specialists and KOLs across South Island hospitals.
The sales process is highly consultative and you must be comfortable working alongside your customers and supporting their use of the company’s product. As you will be promoting products to specialists across the South Island it is essential you bring an understanding of local hospital networks. Given the large geographic area you must have strong territory management skills. The opportunity to launch new products requires strong planning and execution skills.
In a competitive market you’ll be someone who wants to influence your own development and in meeting the challenges of this role can demonstrate the following:
- Previous territory management - sales and marketing experience within the medical sector (theatre-based experience is highly regarded).
- You will be driven, motivated and have the ability to develop long lasting relationships with leading consultant surgeons.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Based in the field you’ll feel at ease working autonomously, but you’ll be able to call on support as and when necessary.
