Located in South Auckland, this well recognised business is a manufacturer & distributor of alcoholic beverages. Constantly seeking to launch new products to market to increase market share, innovation is a primary focus for the business as is speed to market from concept development to product launch.

Working with both internal and external customers this position will incorporate a mix of responsibilities from hands-on work, recipe development and specification writing through to running factory trials.

This opportunity will suit an innovative and communicative technologist with a sound understanding of recipe and product development and factory trials plus an appreciation of quality and sensory science. Project management experience and effective problem solving skills will be supported by a tertiary qualification in Food Technology or similar.
