It also depends on the service you ask us to provide. For a full recruitment project, from the day the first ad appears until you are interviewing selected candidates, we normally work to a 2-3 week time frame. This time frame allows people to get their CV’s together, discuss the role with us, interviewing and writing up reports on those we are putting forward to you. The length of time from here is generally up to you and your internal processes.
