What checks on the candidate are ‘standard’ and part of our agreement?

A:
Support level roles - standard ‘checks’ include:

  • Skills based checks (ie Word, Excel etc; those relevant to the role)
  • Reference checking on candidates prior to you interviewing
  • Psych & ability tests can be included
  • Credit & police checks can be included

Executive level roles – standard ‘checks’ include:

  • Psych & ability tests can be included
  • Credit & police checks can be included
  • Reference checking on completion of your first or second interview (A minimum of 3; previous manager, peer and direct report is usually suggested)
