What checks on the candidate are ‘standard’ and part of our agreement?
A:
Support level roles - standard ‘checks’ include:
- Skills based checks (ie Word, Excel etc; those relevant to the role)
- Reference checking on candidates prior to you interviewing
- Psych & ability tests can be included
- Credit & police checks can be included
Executive level roles – standard ‘checks’ include:
- Psych & ability tests can be included
- Credit & police checks can be included
- Reference checking on completion of your first or second interview (A minimum of 3; previous manager, peer and direct report is usually suggested)
